After Governor Noem was universally panned for revealing she killed one of her dogs for not being trained properly, Republicans across the country are coming to the same realization: wall-to-wall media coverage can be shockingly cheap.
“If my math is right she spent around $0.50 on ammunition and in return she got over a billion impressions on social media. Hard to not see this as a massive win for her,” said Alabama congressman, Mo Brooks, “I think in a few years we’re going to see this as common sense behavior for building a national profile.”
“All humans are born with an innate urge to kill,” Texas senator, Ted Cruz began, “Yet so few of us get to satisfy that urge in such a professionally beneficial way, so hat’s off to her.” He added, “Now if you’ll excuse me I need to make a quick run to the shelter to get a head start on the 2028 presidential race.”
