Calling it a grave miscarriage of justice and part of the radical left’s white genocide, attorneys for the three men convicted of killing Ahmaud Arbery have demanded a new trial after a Fox News report revealed that not a single member of their juries was supportive of racist lynch mobs killing black men. “This is America,” raved the indignant attorney, “and in this country we have a thing called Southern Whites, and they love getting groups of friends together to harass and potentially kill black people while standing in the backs of pickup trucks. So where were they?” The complaint over the lack of Southern Whites is part of a broader legal defense stating the defendants could not have been convicted by a jury of their peers if there were no double-digit-IQ racists on the panel to empathize with them.
The motion was later denied after it was revealed there were several violent racists on the jury, but they chose to convict after the McMichaels failed to send a Facebook invite as per lynching protocol.
