The Kennedy family, whose generational tale of political triumph is far too often tinged with tragedy, experienced another loss early this morning after Ethel (96) was taken from this earth. “Why does God hate us so!” cried an inconsolable Joseph P. Kennedy III after hearing the news of his Ethel’s passing, “Will this damned curse never abate!”
The family, despite the matriarch being 187 in Kennedy years and having a long history of medical complications, have not ruled out foul play. Conspiracy theorists claim she was only days away from announcing her candidacy for President.
Her passing will be the latest entry in the long list of Kennedy family tragedies, which include the assassinations of JFK and RFK, the untimely death of JFK Jr., and the continued survival of RFK Jr.
